Pc-Unc Rose Post Cards- w/real photos

This card was part of a large postcard lot in a recent auction. It is a Rose Co. postcard but not a PC760. It is a 1909 era homemade card similar to the Springfield postcards that surfaced in 2004 and again in 2013. Thanks Jerry. That's some great information. I won't call it by the baseball player number anymore. It definitely has the homemade feel to it. I paid a bit for it but not anywhere close to a baseball player so am quite happy. It's actually kind of neat seeing how it was made (a little crudely).

No, these were marketed blank to make your own, just as done above.

Leon, here you go. Like you I found this on eBay recently and couldn't resist. Have you seen any with printed message other than the similar one in the article? How rare are these relative to the ballplayers?
