Hey, we roasted Orange Duck for Thanksgiving (there were a rainbow of colors to choose from). I did the boning.

I think it's called "deboning" ....you guys need to careful about what you are doing with/to your ducks.

My niece has a butcher shop put a duck inside a chicken, then put inside a turkey (all deboned) for Christmas dinner. They live in Florida. That might explain it.

Did you know that that ugly rat tailed nocturnal animal, is called an opossum thats right not a possum but an Opossum, if you live in the usa anyway. True story, google it.
