why yes, I did HAVE to have this!
measures 9 x 3.5'. It will not lay completely flat, so I'm thinking it was not bunting hung from a rail but rather a bunting that "wrapped around" a podium or something like that...
edit: sorry, wrong place to post this. I'm kinda new here  . Moved to memorabilia pick ups.
