Just my opinion but I would be very careful about buying those. In that same time period, my father got to know Jim Bouton and had a card set made up of me playing Little League ball. All they asked for was a photo, did not even have to be original. I think best case scenario, this would be like a Broders card, totally unauthorized and I don't think it will really be worth any money.

a company started by Jim Bouton in 1981 that made customized baseball cards. This one appears to have been created by someone promoting either Smoltz or the World Junior Baseball Championships of 1985. (For all I know, it was Smoltz's mom.)

I know I want one because I want to look into it not trying to corner the market. Not convinced one way or the other but for $50 i am not too worried. Thanks for the concern. i agree not to go to crazy on this card. I had heard of it before but had forgotten when or where.
