That's one of the older PSA holders, not one of the new ones. Anyone who has handled the new PSA holders is aware that they cannot be opened and resealed without severely damaging the holder.

I might add that the fonts are wrong and the four safety "nubs" have been popped. The holder has been opened and another card has been re-inserted along with a re-manufactured flip.

The PSA hologram on the back is shiny and those shiny holograms are on the
new holders. Correct me if I am wrong.
