That's really neat! I live very close by and know exactly where that ball park once was. The Covington Police Department once boasted Bill McQuerey as a patrolman after his playing days were with Cincinnati, Detroit, Kansas City, Syracuse, and Washington were through. He was killed while chasing a suspect across the suspension bridge across the Ohio River in 1900.
The Kenton County Library has a librarian that writes features for their website and does displays on local baseball.
