Yeah, damaged. Less valuable.
Magic the Gathering cards with crimps are actually collected and gain a slightly higher value.

Not uncommon, I get one like that now and then.
I'll usually pick them up as production errors but not at a premium. More like If I see one in a commons box or a better card in a quarter box sort of thing. I go a Gypsy Queen mini from a pack that was crimped so hard the corner os missing. Steve B
