No the pp denial is inadmissiable......just like if you challenge something with your credit card and your credit card company denies a refund ...you could still sue..pp and your credit card have their own guidelines.... you still have a cause of action in court for sure if you lose the pp challenge but I think that's the risk you have with 'gift' on pp..that if you try to challenge you probably lose...but if free who cares could be worth a try
