I find that with expensive cards, people don't usually like to bid against themselves and need a price.

I had submitted a private offer well within the reasonable range for this card before it was posted publicly and was spammed 50 times. Told him I wouldn't be interested if it was posted publicly.

I believe he killed his own market by spamming pictures of it everywhere.

In March a "dozen or so people and auction houses" estimated the card to be worth 25-35K. Today "people tell [you] it should go around 18K ...." You do understand that these people are full of shit, right? Because those "dozen or so people and auction houses" who think the card is worth 25-35K would actually have bought the card for the 18K you'd sell it for now in a heartbeat if they really believed their estimate.

If so...this card should have been consigned from the start...and had it been you'd have had the cash proceeds in your pocket eons ago.
