How about replying to messages??
I sent you a pm over a month ago on the 24th and made you an offer on the baylor and never heard back from you.
In your posts in your other sale threads you say "offers appreciated"; if you appreciate offers so much and want to move your cards, you should at least have the common courtesy to reply to pm's.
