Initially, I wrote a long-winded entry to this thread which was meant for all to see. However, I ultimately decided it would be best to simply post the first sentence to let you know that I am here for you and leave it at that for now.

I truly hope that you are (relatively speaking, of course) doing well and hope to hear from you soon.
