Just curious...is editing a post/bid a couple of minutes after the 6:59 timestamp allowed?

The Reason!
I edited my bids to "remove" a $13 bid on lot #13 because I found out AFTER I placed my bid that another person had already bid $13 on Lot #13. I would gladly reoffer my $13 bid on lot #13 if you wish!?
