Old Judge, I guess I paid $1100 over market because you seem to be very well versed in it. If you offer consulting services for cards please let me know so myself and others can ask your advice on what they should buy and they wouldn't lose money. I personally look to buy cards so they depreciate at least 75% in a few weeks.

The most common card in the set (J. Smith) has seven graded examples combined on both registries. An SGC "A" sold in 2012 for $896.
This Ryan card has only two other examples known (one sold as part of a near complete set and presumably no longer available in the market).
