My all time favorite, from the 1884 Union Association:
Wilmington Quicksteps 2 16 0.111 They jumped in late from the Eastern League, and had the great "The Only" Nolan, and the not so great Jersey Bakley. (Oh, never lived there) Last edited by mybuddyinc; 05-22-2015 at 02:52 PM.

My mom's family is from Elizabeth, NJ, where they had the 1873 Elizabeth Resolutes of the National Association. They finished 2-21 and lost all eight home games
