Default 1934 Gold Medal Foods Wheaties Premium Odell Hale




I got this one back from the grader a long time ago and somehow never got around to posting it in the '' Pick-Ups''....there are several fans of this set so I'm posting it for them , to know to add to their list of cards to watch for , since this one is not in all the checklists . The Burke 4 x 6 photo is in the scan because I just bought it because I thought it was the one used to make the card ( nerds often collect stuff like that...hey , I'm not alone here ). Wrong uniform and location though. Neat pose ; I've always thought of those Burkes as little works of photo-art.

It appears that I am collecting extra dark T206. It is nice to dig something that has no premium attached to it.

Excellent contrast on the Old Judge O'Day, bxb. I don't have an Old Judge yet but when I finally get one I want it to look like that.
