It also happened in Japan, 1951 with Wally Yonamine being born in Hawaii of Japanese descent. Scan of my card a 1952 Yamakatsu Bromide. A US Citizen in the Japanese HOF

Great thread. I was 10 in 1960 and have always loved the name Pumpsie, but wonder why his parents named him Elijah Jerry Grren, and then called him Pumpsie. Anyone know the story ?. The only thing better than a Pumpsie Green card would be a Elijah Jerry Green card
