Brad, I tend to consider myself a HOF Type collector, and as such, have cards of many different sizes in my set. Since many of my more valuable cards are housed in TPG holders, I decided to keep my raw cards in 4-screw holders, so that there would be some consistency (as well as protection). I use a company called BCW Supplies. They have 4-screw holders of all sizes. I posted a link to my collection in post #10 in this thread. For my raw cards, I print mailing labels identifying the year, card type, and player and stick those on the inside of the holder, just above the card.

Thanks, Ken - I looked at your set and I love the consistency. Very nice presentation. I was looking for something that takes up a little bit less space (like an album), but your set has me re-thinking that.
