Leon, yeah I can see that in a one-on-one transaction. Like on here.

But, I was talking about a standard ebay listing. I've never seen a listing stating " I don't actually have this card yet, but.." It is implied whatever a person is selling on ebay, is in their possession.

Card delivered at 11:23 AM via tracking so now officially in their possession....they paid quickly so I sent it out quickly...no problem....Jerry
