I believe that illustration is by a well-known Disney animator and watercolor artist, Hardie Gramatky. It is really striking. I went after it but gave up to chase [unsuccessfully] that NC State Jordan photo. Trade you a Sporting Life Casey Stengel for it:

Can't do it but thanks a lot for the information on the artist. Looks like he was Disney's senior animator when they produced a lot of the early Mickey Mouse films. He's also got some paintings in the collections of the Met and Whitney. Pretty cool.
