I went digging because someone keeps mentioning it on the PSA boards in the thread about the guy trying to put together the entire 1989 Topps Hockey set in PSA 10 from self-submitted cards. He has busted cases of 89 Hockey and hasn't found one yet.

This is the first that I have seen this error.
I will dig in my 30,000 1989 cards and see if I can find this error. I was always under the assumption that I should be looking for Cunneyworth in a Penguins jersey. Patrick
