Got these back from PSA today. Sadly they don't recognize either as variations. The Clemens is a Blue Streak error. The Ripkens are super rare with 13 known copies with 4 of those in PSA slabs. It is called the Mystery Card.

Can you elaborate on the Ripken error? What am I looking for? Thanks!

Nice pickups Ben....I like the Clemens variation. It seems that this variation has been known for a while, so it is surprising that PSA does not recognize is as variation (like the 61 Fairly print defect) as it is both recurring and limited.

The Ripken cards show it is easy to get counterfeit cards graded by PSA. The opinion on the Bill Ripken website saying they are counterfeit is mine. It is poorly written but 100% correct. It was not intended to be put on a website it was a email to the site owner explaining how/why it is fake. Last edited by bnorth; 08-11-2015 at 06:06 AM. |

I found these two 90's inserts and an 87 Venezuelan sticker with a clean back (centering could be slightly better).
