Thanks Peter for making the legal end of things as clear as possible for those of us who aren't lawyers. We may not like what we hear, but at least there's that bit of translation to something we can understand.

Three things:
1. Brady obviously knew the balls were deflated, most reasonable people agree. 2. The ingenuity of purposely deflating the football to gain a competitive advantage should be celebrated, not punished. 3. Most people, in the media and otherwise, understandably are focused on the outcome of a legal case, not the reasoning which sometimes is very narrow and/or technical.
