what makes this ticket all the more rare is at the time nobody thought it would be Mantles last at bat also being at Boston last series of the season
both teams out of contention it was not a big attendance
and most people anticipated Mickey coming back for one more year in 1969
obviously it never happened

I'm gonna follow Adam's lead of posting other sports as well.
This game was memorable for Terry Sawchuk's 83rd career shutout, and it was the game that Gordie Howe tied Rocket Richard for all-time points.
