Could he possibly mean "index cards" and not T206 type of cards?

Sorry for the bad scan...and it's not a signed T206 card, but another Snodgrass letter. Great baseball content here. Got this piece from Sir Jay Wolt.

Interesting. Answer number 4 has some false information. It was actually Harry Coveleski, not Stan, who beat the Giants 3 times in a week in 1908. Odd that Fred Snodgrass, even at his age at the time, would get this wrong. He was a member of the 1908 Giants and was in contact with Stan Coveleski, both appearing in the great book "The Glory of Their Times".

Default Signed Marquard

B-L had a heretofore unidentified Marquard, so I have updated the list. Anyone else have any signed T206 Marquards not identified herre? Thanks!

Gotcha. Pretty sure I have seen it before some where before, but who knows, maybe I am mistaken.

Either way. Your collection is godly. Well done sir.

Yes, I think that is quite the possibility. But, when you line it up with a stack of signed Marquard T206s the tobacco card inference is inescapable.

I think I just cheated on my wife from just thinking about a stack of signed Marquard T206 cards.

Too much info?

Just found this Marquard card in a box I haven't checked in years. It's not a T206, but I thought this thread would be a good place to ask if you think it's his signature, or his name written by someone else? (sorry -- I can't get the signature photo right side up!)

Looks good to me. Not sure why the card was cut up after Rube signed it.

Yes, that makes no sense, another reason why I thought maybe it wasn't a real signature. I guess I now have two signed Marquard cards!

Small world Sean! Do you recall if I bought this card directly from you? (I have no memory of where it came from)
