Just picked up this book signed by U-2 pilot Francis Gary Powers. (The American spy exchangee in "Bridge of Spies.")

Started on a historiography about Powers a couple semesters ago but couldn't fish out a story that already hadn't been told so went a different direction. Great pick up David, thanks for sharing.

Charles "Cy" Rigler-
Purchased this prior to the HOF finalist list coming out as a rider, probably the next umpire to be elected to the HOF. Credited for being the first umpire to use hand signals and yelling strike calls, not to mention umpiring the first All Star Game and 10 World Series. Purchased from a fellow board member.
