Been a while since I was able to add an Old Timer’s piece to my collection. Picked up a clock given to Milt Pappas for Cubs Old Timer’s Day in 1977

BTW, on 9/2/72 Milt Pappas came within one pitch of a perfect game.
Pappas always claimed that the home plate umpire robbed him of the PG, by calling an obvious strike a ball allowing the 27th batter he faced to walk: the only blemish in an otherwise perfect game.
