1931 Louisville Lathe Bat
My Maine player collection continues to grow with this addition. A lathe bat for Del Bissonette, who used to play for the Brooklyn Dodgers, I think.
This bat is also stamped with the H&B logo, which is, I am told, very rare in a lathe bat. But I am not a lathe bat expert (in fact, I had to ask the seller what the little nubs were before I bought it), so I have no idea. Still, a pretty cool little piece of history.
