if I was the seller I would want to know what people think it would go for publically to help strengthen a private deal as leverage...

Isn't it the second highest THAT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED as Old Mill. Isn't it possible that there are some that are designated as UNKNOWN BACK???

Yeah, a quick search shows this PSA 5. Note that the sale is from 2008.
