Default WTS/ Red Kleinow (Boston) Cycle 460 PSA 8
Perfect centering, snow white borders, and solid corners. Just a tremendous and extremely rare card. This is the highest graded by far, next highest is a PSA 3! A PSA 8 Kleinow with a common Sweet Cap back just sold for $8500, this is a Cycle 460! **Not available**

I want to know what is preventing this from being a 9 or 10? Is it against PSA policy to grade a T card a 19 or 10? Perhaps a new thread idea.

I could be off with my numbers, but I believe PSA has graded around 150 9's and about 13 10's. I've owned several 9's, and one 10 over the years.

That's not a whole lot when you consider the numbers. But again probably a good thread idea. Great Kleinow !!!

The centering is slightly off L-R, probably 55-45, and it looks like it has a little staining of some sort in the lower left part of the back. I'm pretty sure PSA requires perfect centering for a 10.

To get a 10 it is supposed to be a basically perfect card (even though I've seen them get that grade with 40/60 centering).

In this instance while it's absolutely a beautiful card there are some minor flaws that correctly keep it from that grade (or a 9) IMO
