I hadn't realized there had been a prior thread on this charming subject, so decided in the name of fair play there should be nominations for the handsomest player on a pre-war card. My choices are:
1. Matty - so noble in his T206 portrait. 2. Hal Chase - something shifty in his gaze. Hmm, what is he thinking? 3. Roger Bresnahan. Just a solid, good looking guy. Nominations, please. |
