Unfortunately ebay will allow this to continue.
I had been told, but have not been able to prove it, that if ebay gets at least three reports of an item being bogus, that they will remove it.
My suggestion to all who are reading this thread, and to all who care about autographs, report each and every item.
Go to page 2 of this thread if you do not know how to report an item to ebay.
