Great find! Probably the only known example, and it is indeed vintage. I did not realize Keezer even lasted into the mid sixties. Anyway, I've never seen this one in 25+ years of collecting, so it's a rare one. Perhaps a prototype that was never actually distributed.

We can only guess at a value, since there are no comparable exemplars. Astros pennants typically do not command a premium (as compared to other teams). But that's largely because there aren't many interesting variations to select from. The franchise came to be just prior to the mass-production of cheap polyester pennants. So examples like this are few and far between.

That said, I think it might be a $200 pennant. It's got "off the charts" condition and rarity. Probably worth more than $200 to a die-had Astros collector, but even at $200, it might be the highest price ever realized for an Astros Pennant. Just an educated guess... Hope it helps!
