Is it just me, or does the Harry Wright and A.J. Spalding writing and signatures look like they were done in the exact same hand?

They look a bit different to me. And I think John was pretty close to the number in his valuation assessment. Somewhere around 15% (maybe 20%) of what the appraiser said.
