Yes - that's right, there was another E94. I have Speaker (love the oddity back on this one, Brian) - didn't have the Davis PSA6, bid up a few times but ultimately threw in the towel late on that one

Thanks for the kind words guys!
For most of the auction I had focused on the e92 Crofts miscut, but decided at the last second to try the Speaker. Will find a good home over here for sure! |

Very disappointing night with zero pickups. I was the under bidder on 6 lots.
227 E92 Mathewson 252 E95 Mathewson 255 E96 Baker 811 1933 Goudey Hubbell 845 1934 Goudey Gehrig 1869 SK Ruth Congrats to the winners! Oh well, there's always another auction around the corner. Biggest surprise of the lots I was bidding on was the 1915 CJ Lajoie PSA 7, that went for $4,000 plus the juice. I wonder if the bidder made a mistake and did a straight bid for $4,000, instead of a max bid? It jumped from $2750, straight to $4,000. Last edited by jcc6252; 05-01-2016 at 12:24 PM. Reason: more |

Thanks for the kind words on the Shag, guys. I was nervous about it all night, as anyone in the chat room last night knows. On that note, that was a lot of fun, some good discussions going in chat last night. Gotta do it again for HA coming up.
