Nice pickups. Showcases why 1956 topps is my favorite set, too. They still have a ton of eye appeal even in lesser condition.

Default Added to my Billy Williams collection
After going a couple of months without adding any new items to my Billy Williams collection, last three weeks have been very good for picking up items! Have a couple more very low pop items that should be here end of the week!

Nice pick ups. Billy is one hell of an underrated ballplayer. And not just saying that because I'm a Cubs fan...

In my searching, I also noticed that many times but I was unsure if it was an effect of the scanners/pictures?

I am glad to hear now I skipped on those cards, even though, like you say, they graded fairly decently.
