I agree, but the '71 for sale on PWCC (psa 9) seems like it came out of nowhere. Has a recent flip and couldn't find previous sale. I would be a little suspicious to see a PSA 9 or 10 rookie Ryan show up from an attic. ![]() ![]() |

1969 topps are not tough in high grades
1971 is a different animal

Probably a bump or SGC crossover.

68 9 ends at 72k. Wonder who drew the short straw.

Utterly insane! There must be a good # of similars out there. I think I'd rather have a Babe Ruth rookie.

are you kidding me?
by posting that question, you obviously still don't! the only 2 cards that i think something fishy might be occurring is the rose and ryan solely because the 10s are coming up for auction...and that makes sense. however you keep claiming that it's every rookie card ever and mantle. proof was shown to you and you still have the balls to keep claiming this crap? you've shown zero evidence or proof otherwise and now are bordering the line of idiocy in my humble opinion there, pete. its old and tiresome. get over the fact that you sold your koufax a wee-bit too soon and recognize the hobby is healthy. |

Does a bump get a new cert #? and if so, what happens to the old cert #?

no, a bump stays the same cert.

Is there a way to verify a card was bumped; or do you have to get lucky and find a prior sale at a lessor grade?

that would be way above my pay grade.
i simply know from previous bump experience that they have all kept the same cert #. if ya do find out anything, please lemme know though. |
