Abe Attell started his boxing career at the young age of 18. He won 125 matches out of 172, including 51 KO's.. He retired from professional boxing in 1917.
Supposedly, Abe Attell was the bag man for gambler Arnold Rothstein and was alleged to have given $10,000 to several Chicago White Sox players during the 1919 World Series. TED Z . |
