Beautiful 1954 Topps Hank Aaron - Raw

I bought a few items from him a year or so ago. I kept 2 cards a 56 Kaline and
56 banks both graded PSA5. I sent a 56 Clemente and Mantle back to him and got a immediate refund

We're the cards that graded a 5 described as EX or NM?
