Just thought I'd add my uncut sheet of 1948 LEAF boxing cards to illustrate the format of how the LEAF GUM Co.
printed all their sports cards (1948-1949).

And, here is an old B/W photo of an uncut sheet of the 1st series of the 1949 BB cards.

Default 1949 LEAF BB cards with wrong-backs

Complementary pair of wrong backs from my 1949 LEAF set.

These inverted backs on the cards in 2nd (scarce) series tells us that the printer simply ran the pre-printed 49-card sheets (of fronts)
in reverse when doing the back run.

I've never seen 1st series wrong-backs from this set. Anyhow, if you have 1949 LEAF wrong-backs, please post them here.....Thanks.

Default '49 Leaf Satchel Paige PSA 7

Those are some incredible cards Gent's, thank you all for sharing!

I am a huge fan of '49 Leaf and would love to show off more but unfortunately this is the only (1) that we have at the moment.

We can only afford so many MONSTERS at a time.
