And come to think of it....... if this card was "just graded", wouldn't the label have the PSA Hologram on the front and the white strip with the bar code on the reverse?

From some other threads I have read, PSA is still using the old slabs for cards just graded.

I'd say anytime I can find 118 of your item on eBay alone, it's not rare.
