The matchbook Mike posted above. I can see it in my thread. Can anyone else or is that link not working for others? Has this happened on any of my other posts?

Thanks Mike and Jeff. I recently missed on one of those - I had no idea it would sell for more than a few dollars - I had a low snipe set that never went off: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Matchbook-Co...MAAOSwEjFXdcLs

Jeff, this has happened to me before, but I'm not sure if it was your post. In this case, the first image shows fine, but the second one has the "?" icon (and I am logged in in case that matters). I'm on a PC right now - I'll check my phone later.

One of the things I like about ebay is that as you watch things, you get a feeling for what the market is for them. Shilling aside, of course

I had the same experience with this matchbook, John. Underbid on it a couple of times until I figured out what it went for and finally won one.

Jeff, great point about eBay - I actually think losing auctions on your first try is a good thing - speaking from experience I've overpaid on some cards here and there

I usually watch an item through a couple of auction cycles before bidding on it just so I don't overpay! Of course if something seems very rare, you often don't have this option as it might not show up again.

Anybody else not seeing some of my posted images? They all show for me but am trying to figure out if my photo image site is working properly or not.
