My Daughter and Grandson live in Portland (Maine); and, every summer we visit them we stay in Falmouth. Lodging there during the summer months
is much more reasonable than in Portland. And, that is why I suggested the Falmouth Foreside Tavern.

Anyhow, there certainly are numerous good restaurants in Portland to choose from.

Thanks. I usually opt for in town places to stay, just for the convenience. And we did find a relatively reasonable B&B.
