David,
If I may..... A better option is to offer someone here $100 to be your POC during the National. Plus offer that individual an additional finders fee per card (10%). I arranged something similar a few years ago (on this forum) with great success for all involved. Otherwise your list doesn't seem too tough. I'm sure most of those cards will come up on ebay.
