Not sure if it's Windows 10 or your printer/scanner settings but my scans/pics don't turn out as large as your's?

These scans were taken with both my old and new computer but both with the same printer/scanner.

It is a cell phone picture. My hate of Windows 10 has to do with it runs way slower than the Windows 7 Professional I had. That and I don't know how to use/find everything yet. I found editing pictures way easier before.

I edited my post above and explained how I made my Nuxhall pic smaller.

Not sure if that will also work with you and phone pics, but it might be worth a shot?
