My guess too with regards to these player's last appearance on a "REGULAR" card, while still shown as players Koufax later appeared on LL cards in the 67 set, Mays on a 74 WS card and Marichal on a 74 Traded card.

I was thinking "last card" as well, but the 76 Yaz is throwing me off.
