This is true. Writing the service level on the outside of the box makes a huge difference. Calling the day after they receive it also helps a lot. I would also imagine large submissions using the monthly special promotion have a low priority.

Edit: The answer to the OP's question is if you want to speed up the process call the same day or day after they receive your cards. It can take any where from 1 to 10 days to get an order entered from experience.
