Yes the bottom one is a modern one I like this label on it much better than on the Campanella

Actually they are probably both recent.
For vintage cards, you're always going to get the white flip (BVG). For modern cards (BGS), you're going to get a black label for a 10 with all 10 subgrades, gold metallic label for 9.5s and the other 10s, and silver labels for 9s and below. Unless you ask them to slab a lower graded cards as Authentic, and then the label is blue.
