The fact they showed up at Goodwill means the money all goes to Goodwill. Someone donated these items to them.

And probably got a tax write off in the process.
Years ago I knew of a large HOF collection that was donated to a public institution. From what I had seen of the collection much of it was fake.

I wonder if it happens enough times if the IRS could come after some of the scumbags for tax fraud. Or helping to enable tax fraud anyway.

I've been shopping on shopgoodwill for years and they ALWAYS state that in an autograph listing if it's not encapsulated or does not have a COA/COO.
