It's a 5"x7" Type I press photo from the collection of the Minneapolis Tribune featuring a young Felipe Alou as a member of the Minneapolis Millers. The photo was used in newsprint publication at the time bearing a newspaper clipping and a MAR 29 1957 stamp date on the reverse. Alou only played in 24 games with the Millers, so any image of him in a Millers uniform is likely pretty rare.
That said, I think it belongs more in your collection rather than mine.
