Miss Bond's reputation in Eastern Mass was legendary. Her mail was even delivered without postage. She was well aware that the postman always rang twice and she was always ready.

I hate posts like this because I'm always late to the party and I never know what the heck went down!

Still, glad Leon's kicking ass!

Thanks for the kind words on the forum. Ya'll keep letting me (or another mod) know when you see something funky and we'll keep this place as safe as we can with as few rules as possible.

Edited to add, JMB has verified his registration and is back on the forum.

I want to bump this thread as Joe Ba.rr, JMB, has verified his registration. I know he has some deals going on, on the BST, and that is the reason for this post and bump to the top. To be clear, as long as someone is associated with a phone number, I call, it is probably fine. To me there is at least a little security in being able to track someone down if need be..(as much as is possible on the net).

My mind must be turning to complete mush .... I can't come up with a single reason why someone would want to have two or more IDs for the board.

I had the same thought. All I could come up with is maybe to shill the high-value cards flowing through the BST Auction thread? J/k

They use the second account to stick up for their main account, hype a sale, hype a pickup, and many many more reasons. I have seen a few accounts that I assumed was a second account.

An example is when someone is getting a lot of flack for doing something shady and then an account with just a few posts come on and defend them. Then you check the account and all dozen or so of their post are similar.

Just as an FYI ..... I dont have an alternate ID. I moved late last year after signing up so the phone number on file had changed.

Thanks for keeping this place legit, Leon. Love this board. I've had a couple dozen BST deals in my short time here and all have gone down perfectly.

I wanted to ask you a question about your comment Frank, but then decided that it is probably better that I don't know.

Keep up the good work Leon!

If she looked at all like Lana Turner, no wonder she was legendary!

I've had a total of two alias on Network 54 over the last 20 years. First was Husband-Of-Tammy but after the divorce I thought it be best to change it.
